Adding Passport Details

To add Passport details to your client profile follow one of the 3 procedures below depending on the level of information you wish to record.

A - WHERE YOU WISH TO ADD AN IMAGE OF THE ACTUAL PASSPORT

1. Select the lead Contact in your contact list

2. Select 'Passports' in the Profile menu

3. Create a new 'Document' Passport Entry. All passports are held against the lead persons name so name the document after the contact e.g. Mrs Rushton Passport

4. Once the new entry is saved - the screen will allow you to upload an image of the passport. Click on 'Drop Files to Upload' or drag a file into the box to upload the image

B - WHERE YOU ONLY WISH TO RECORD THE DETAILS OF THE PASSPORT

If you only wish to record the details of the passport and not a copy of the actual Passport then you can add these into each contact as below when adding / amending a contact

C - WHERE YOU RECORD DETAILS IN THE CONTACT AND THE  ADD PASSPORTS AS A GROUP

If you have added passport details in contact profiles and then wish to add copies of the actual passports to a client profile you can do so by simply creating a document called 'Family Passports' and adding all copies to that one 'document'
