View your own and team member Enquiries

There are two views for Enquiries:

List View & Pipeline View

Pipeline View

You can only see your own enquiries in pipeline view. The system is set up so that you can manage your enquiries easily using the Pipeline View to drag and drop enquiries between pipeline stages. If you want to be able to see all team member enquiries then you should choose 'List View' which is easy to sort and manage

List View

This will show all team enquiries ( if you all share enquiries as a team). You can also filter by team member and pipeline stage. Watch the tutorial below to see how easy it is to sort and filter enquiries in List View
