Linking to Booking / Invoice Systems

Our Marketing CRM does not have an invoicing system integrated into it. This is because it is focussed on ensuring you can manage and convert enquiries / market to potential and existing clients and create great looking quotes.

Linking Enquiries to your Booking / Invoicing System could not be simpler. This ensures that you can easily view a listing of all your converted enquiries and see at a glance whether they have been invoiced or not & link to the invoice for easy reference.

Linking Enquiries to Invoices is easy now that the majority of invoicing systems are online. 

A: At the bottom of the Enquiry Screen there are two new fields

B: When you have created an invoice in your accounting system or booking system, copy the URL and paste it into the Invoice Link field

C: In your Enquiry Listing - each enquiry clearly shows if it has been Invoiced with a link to the invoice
