Each time you send a quote, when your client opens the quote for the first time you will be emailed a notification. If, as the manager, at any time you want to check what quotes have been opened and when, you can run a report as below:

1. When you send an email you will see a 'Success' message once it is sent. If you have not seen this message or want to check if the email has sent see 2.
2. You can run a report in your account to see which emails have been sent and how many times they have been opened. This is useful if you want to time your follow up with the client because you can see when they open the email.
To run the report -

(a) Select the Menu item 'Send Quote to Client'


(b) Click on the 'Report Tab

(c) Run the report
